Outer Cape Health Services
Nothing is more important than the health and wellbeing of our families, friends and neighbors. Outer Cape Health Services recognizes that we live in unique communities where people care about and depend on one another. Access to quality healthcare for all is a critical part of that caring. As a licensed community health center, OCHS provides primary care to patients of all ages.
Outer Cape Health Services operates health centers in Provincetown, Wellfleet, and Harwich Port, three pharmacies and dozens of services and programs serving the ten Outermost towns of Cape Cod. Urgent care is offered in Provincetown to both seasonal and year-round resident patients and visitors.
Outer Cape Health Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Every dollar you give goes directly to Outer Cape Health Services as they continue to deliver so many important primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, pharmacy, HIV and sexual health services to our community, in addition to Covid and Monkeypox testing and vaccines.
Outer Cape Health Services is accredited as a Patient Centered Medical Home by The Joint Commission and also as a Licensed Medical Clinic of Massachusetts Department of Public Health. OCHS is a Federally Qualified Health Center, as designated by the Bureau of Primary Care of Health Resources Services Administration, that provides cash and non-cash resources to support FQHC's through its 330 funding program.
